Анотація

Вступ. Реалізація інноваційної реструктуризації підприємств дозволить досягти позитивних результатів у фінансово-економічному становищі, зростанні питомої ваги наукомісткої конкурентоспроможної інноваційної продукції та інтелектуальних послуг промисловості, що має посилити конкурентоспроможність продукції. Розробка нових механізмів інноваційної реструктуризації підприємств набуває особливої актуальності.
Проблематика. Практично не дослідженими залишаються питання визначення та встановлення ролі, складу та основних критеріїв об’єктивної комплексної оцінки реструктуризаційного потенціалу для обґрунтування доцільності проведення інноваційної реструктуризації на підприємстві.
Мета. Розробити методичний підхід до оцінки реструктуризаційного потенціалу підприємства, використання якого дозволить комплексно узагальнити отримані результати та прийняти оптимальні управлінські рішення.
Матеріали й методи. Застосовано методичний підхід для розрахунку інтегрального показника за допомогою індексного та експертного методів оцінки та інтерпретації його величини лінгвістичними характеристиками шкали рівнів реструктуризаційного потенціалу.
Результати. Удосконалено науково-методичний інструментарій оцінки реструктуризаційного потенціалу промислового підприємства, який ґрунтується на обчисленні системи локальних показників, сформованої з урахуванням функціональних складових реструктуризаційного потенціалу. Впровадження системи спостереження за локальними, комплексними показниками і загальним рівнем реструктуризаційного потенціалу дозволило розробити єдиний
для кожної групи підприємств алгоритм вибору відповідного виду реструктуризації та обрати відповідну стратегію розвитку.
Висновки. Сформовано систему індикаторів і здійснено моделювання розроблених інтегральних показників реструктуризаційного потенціалу підприємства. Запропоновано методичний підхід щодо вибору стратегії розвитку підприємства для впровадження інноваційної реструктуризації залежно від рівня реструктуризаційного потенціалу.
